Due to the pandemic online shopping was my only choice when it came to purchasing shoes. This is something that I would normally never do without trying on the shoes first. The order was put in and the wait was on. Upon arriving the shoes were as depicted online as far as brand, color and size. When I tried the shoes on the left shoe fit, the right shoe was a little tighter than the left. I loosened the laces and that seemed to fix the problem that I believed was from the shoes being new and not broken in. I put the shoes on and went shopping with my girlfriend then returned home. The top of my right foot was in pain from the shoe, and there was pressure on my toes as well. The next day I wore the shoes indoors only to try to break them in even more. Same pain and pressure from the right shoe. I immediately returned the shoes. I never received an email so I called to see if the shoes had reached foot locker. I was told that they had and that the warehouse was processing the return and that I would receive an email. This was about a week after I returned the shoes. Two weeks later I still hadn't received an email. I placed a call to a number in New York for foot locker corporate office and left a message and my number. I received a call today explaining that The shoes were too damaged to return. I literally wore them once outside to a grocery store and once inside my house. I had knee reconstruction surgery on my left knee so I do not play sports nor do I do any running of any sort. I am 6'4" tall and I weigh 230 lbs so I am not obese and did not put any abnormal stress on this pair of shoes. Why foot locker would not return these obviously defected shoes is beyond me. Their actions shows their greed, ingratitude of patronage and thoughtlessness of the pain and loss of funds spent on their defective product. This is what you can call a learning lesson for myself. I love to wear nice gym shoes and spend good money at various athletic shoe stores. I have spent thousands at foot locker alone throughout the United States as I have moved frequently being a military veteran. Lesson learned, I will not spend another dollar with foot locker nor any company affiliated with foot locker again and based on their reviews on this site they need to get their affairs in order and serve the people that keep their company afloat with more respect. You just lost a customer.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars to write this. Placed an order over a week ago payed $22.98 for 2nd day shipping still waiting for my sneakers to get here is been over 7 buissnes days and nothing no ansewer no email return. I got lucky after waiting on the phone for over an hour to confirm i descrepancy on my emails shipping method they said they saw my 2nd day shipping charges. Next day i received an email my item Supposedly shipped. I checked next day and Still nothing my order on there website magically disappeared NO recent history UPS tracking now doesnt work. Welp i called my bank and desputed the charges for item not received they where quick to take my money and no Item delivered. I will NEVER buy from them again. Lesson learn and i got plenty of proof Footlocker if u try to say my item was delivered i took 2 days off work the day of supposedly arrival and the day after and nothing a gift for my son turned to i nightmare. By the way it was them new lebrons graffiti that for some odd reason no retalers have or Never received i made plenty of phone calls.

Trash

Trash. The app is trash. I don't know why Nike even let's them release. The website is trash. I constantly click on items that are sold out because they leave them on the page forever. To top it off the customer service sucks. For such a large corporation their online service is embarrassing.

Trainers hardly worn now have holes no refund or replacement offered

Purchased a pair of trainers in December 2020
Worn less than 20 times both shoes now have holes in them clearly faulty.
Would have accepted a refund or replacement but was declined by foot locker
I have contacted my credit company who will now make a claim against them.
Very sad in these trying and testing times that companies behave and treat customers like this - AVOID!

Stay clear of these absolute thieves

Stay clear of these absolute thieves! Ordered 2 pairs of trainers 3 weeks ago and still not received anything! I ring them up every other day to be told that my case has been escalated with the logistics team! I tell them I either want a new delivery or a refund and each time I’m told by customer service who I might add or all the most ignorant I have ever come across that I’m just going to have to wait! Will never place an order with them again! Joke of a company!

Where are my sneakers

Where are my sneakers. I ordered a pair of puma I saw on sale at foot locker in brooklyn in sunset park in a outlet store for 59.99 but they didn't have my size. So I got them in your online store but they were 89.99. Not understanding the price difference. They never came to my home. UPS app says they were delivered at 6:01 pm I went outside at 6:06 pm but the camera in front of the house shows no one ever delivered anything. If I would have seen the reviews online I wouldn't have bought anything from them. Our regular UPS driver also said he never delivered anything that day to my address.

Terrible website

Terrible website, pain in the ass to get my address in and even when i did it displayed the wrong one.
Then after taking my money and confirming order, they cancel the order as item is 'not in stock anymore', even tho it is on website. Terrible website terrible service.

Terrible customer service

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my grandchildren they were both to be delivered on Monday the 22nd however they email me late Saturday night and said one pair was delivered Saturday morning mind you it's Saturday night when I call they give me another tracking number and said they haven't been shipped from the warehouse so wait until Monday while I wait I continue to call just to check up each time I get a different answer but still no shoes the entire time I get placed on hold only to get a operator that doesn't speak clearly so We don't understand each other then I hear children playing in the back ground like he's at home it was god awful now I'm waiting had to call 3 times to open an investigation was told by ups that the were blocked by footlocker from filing an investigation the shoes I received were under the missing shoes tracking number just awful I paid 107.00 for something I didn't receive and have no idea what to do next they said they would decide by Wednesday of next week meanwhile the shoe is sold out sad never again poor customer service

Never refunded a canceled transaction

If I could put MINUS FIVE STARS I would!
My 15yo son's debit card has a limit ($100), so less than the price of the shoes he wanted to buy. So when he wanted to cancel the transaction, they promised him that the money will show up on his account 24h later. They also refused to give a cancelation proof telling him that they never give proof of cancelation. He came back the day after, paid for the shoes with his card ($100) + cash. When he asked them about the other $100 they told him to call their hotline.
Hours on the phone, multiple email exchanges where I had to RE-explain the case, again and again, multiple times in the bank making claims to have the money back, and three months later, the Footlocker agent (on the phone) told me today that they won't refund because my son had two transactions two days in a row. I don't know what is the relationship... but they won't refund the 100$ they stole from my son. When I told the agent I will call a lawyer, he hung up on me.

We decided that we will NEVER go there again and that we will spread the word around us to warn everybody we know as well.

No refund

I sent an item back to Footlocker over two months ago now, my tracking information confirms they received it. I have been passed around departments and ignored for weeks with no sign of a refund. Terrible customer service.

Poop Locker

Item fell apart after 2 weeks. Reruns process is an absolute nightmare.
They wanted pictures then took two weeks to tell me to send the item back for review which will take another 2 weeks.
Avoid this store if you value your sanity.

Very bad online purchasing-returning services

So , please do not order online with this banner , if what you bought doesn’t fit , you will have to pay to return it and then because you will have to re-order another size online (with you are not sure you are going to get) you are going to get charge another shipping fees , CONGRATULATION on your online shopping policies during the pandemic , very bad .... so now I’m stock with something that wont fit ...and i don’t know when the stores will be open to exchange it

Ordered a gift for someone, took twenty days to arrive, wouldn’t refund me, answer any correspondence - worst company ever - has prompted me to ask for my data to be removed - DO NOT USE
